Q. Is the "tariff" for the whole cottage?
A. Yes, unless it specifically states "per couple".

Q. Are there any extra charges?
A. No. The listed tariff covers it all - there are no extra charges, booking fees or holiday tariff loadings.

Q. What is meant by self-contained, and self-catering?
A. You have your cottage, villa etc. all to yourself - just as if it were your own holiday property. You prepare and provide your own meals. Most properties provide a 'breakfast starter' of bread, milk tea, coffee, butter, jam etc. for the first morning.

Q. Do we need to bring our own sheets, towels etc?
A. All linen is provided. This includes: all sheets, pillowslips, towels, tea towels etc.

Q. What about cooking facilities, utensils, tea towels etc?
A. All cottages, villas etc. have fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave and all commonly-used utensils. B.Y.O blender, vitamiser, wok, bamboo steamer and other special equipment. NB. Some suites and units have kitchenettes with breakfast making facilities only.

Q. Will my accommodation have T.V. DVD, VCR etc?
A. All cottages, villas etc. have T.V., DVD and CD player. Some also have VCR.

Q. Can I bring my pets?
A. Yes,there is no charge but only to those properties listed as 'PET FRIENDLY' - and only by prior arrangement. Pets are strictly forbidden from any other than designated properties and subject to removal.

Q. Can I bring more guests than the maximum number shown for each cottage?
A. In a word - No - mainly because of our concern for your personal comfort and extra pressure on facilities, hot water etc. but also due to insurance cover.

Q. Where do I collect the keys?
A. Keys are collected from our office - Daylesford Cottage Directory: 16 Hepburn Road Daylesford. Enter from side road. - during office hours -
Mon to Thurs, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm - Friday, 9.00 am - 8.00 pm - Weekends & public holidays, 11.00 am - 4.00 pm
